Yes, we accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, most major PPO plans, and self-pay patients. Contact us to verify your specific plan.
What are your hours?
Our El Cajon locations are open Mon-Fri 9AM-9PM and Sat-Sun 9AM-2PM. National City and San Ysidro are open Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM.
Do you offer mental health services?
Yes! We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, trauma-informed care, and refugee-informed mental health support — all by appointment.
What languages do you speak?
Our staff speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, Kurdish, Chaldean, Chinese, and French — 9 languages to serve our diverse community.
Can I book a virtual appointment?
Yes! We offer virtual visits via Microsoft Teams. Book online and receive your meeting link via email or text message.
