COVID-19 & Flu Testing
Palm Urgent Care · San Diego County
What Is COVID-19 & Flu Testing?
Palm Urgent Care offers rapid COVID-19 and influenza testing on a walk-in basis at all of our San Diego County locations. Most rapid results are ready during your visit, so you leave knowing your status and, when a test is positive, with a treatment plan started by a licensed provider. We test symptomatic patients, close contacts, and patients who need documented results for work, school or travel. Combination testing lets us check for COVID-19, flu A and B, and strep from the same visit when your symptoms overlap, which matters most in winter months when the viruses circulate together.

Why Choose Palm Urgent Care
Testing at Palm comes with a provider, not just a result. Positive tests get a same-visit treatment conversation, including antivirals when you are eligible, and your result is documented for work or school. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare and most plans.
