Palm Urgent Care was founded with a simple belief: healthcare should be accessible to everyone — regardless of language, insurance status, or cultural background. In San Diego County, home to one of the most diverse populations in the United States, we saw a critical gap in healthcare that left immigrant and refugee communities underserved.
Our founding team — led by Dr. Usama — assembled a multilingual staff that speaks 9 languages, including Arabic, Kurdish, Chaldean, and Spanish. By locating our clinics in El Cajon, National City, and San Ysidro — communities with large immigrant populations — we positioned ourselves to serve the people who need accessible healthcare the most.
Today, Palm Urgent Care operates 4 locations across San Diego County, offering both urgent medical care and mental health services under one roof. We've served over 5,100 patients and maintain a 4.7-star Google rating — a testament to the care and compassion our team brings every day.
