Do you accept Medi-Cal?
Yes. We accept Medi-Cal at all locations, including managed care plans like Community Health Group, Molina Healthcare, Health Net, and Blue Shield Promise. Bring your Medi-Cal BIC card to your visit.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. We accept Medicare Part A and Part B at all locations. Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans may also be accepted — call us to verify your specific plan.
Do you accept Tricare?
Yes. With San Diego's large military community, we're proud to accept Tricare at all our locations. Active duty, veterans, and military families are welcome.
What Covered California plans do you accept?
We accept most Covered California marketplace plans available in San Diego County (Region 19). Contact us with your plan details to verify coverage before your visit.
What if I don't have insurance?
We welcome self-pay patients and offer competitive cash rates for all services. Our staff can discuss pricing during your visit. Cost should never prevent you from getting care.
Do I need a copay?
Copay amounts depend on your specific insurance plan. Many Medi-Cal plans have no copay for urgent care visits. Contact your insurance provider or call us to verify.
Can you bill my insurance directly?
Yes. We bill most insurance plans directly. You'll only be responsible for your copay or deductible at the time of visit.
Do you accept workers' compensation?
Yes. We treat work-related injuries and can bill workers' compensation insurance. Bring your claim number and employer information to your visit.
