Palm Urgent Care & Mental Health (“Palm Urgent Care,” “we,” or “us”) operates an SMS text-message program at the sender number +1 619 404 2023 to send appointment-related text messages to patients who explicitly opt in. Messages include:
- Appointment booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before the visit)
- Scheduling changes (rescheduling, provider assignment, cancellations)
- Operational notifications relating to the patient’s visit
This is a transactional / operational SMS program. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messages.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Palm Urgent Care by checking the “Text-message updates” consent box on the appointment-request form at palmurgentcare.com/appointment and providing your mobile phone number. By checking that box and submitting the form, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS text messages from Palm Urgent Care at the mobile number you provided.
Opting in to SMS messages is not a condition of booking an appointment, scheduling care, purchasing any product or service, or receiving medical treatment from Palm Urgent Care.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most patients receive up to 4 messages per month (typically: a confirmation when an appointment is booked, plus a reminder around 24 hours before each scheduled visit).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.Palm Urgent Care does not charge a fee for these text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for incoming or outgoing SMS messages depending on your wireless plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan’s message and data rates.
5. How to opt out
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further text messages from Palm Urgent Care.
Other recognized opt-out keywords include: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to the same number, or check the SMS consent box again on a future appointment-request form.

7. Privacy and use of mobile information
We respect your privacy.
